Origin Story:
Milesman used to be A giant man of pure muscle and power. Stopping every villain with no struggle. He used to be known as the strongest hero in The Broom Closet of Justice, until one day a city sized meteorite threatening the entire planet was rushing towards earth. Milesman Launched himself into it and used all his power at once to punch it. The meteorite was disintegrated and Milesman's body was left with none of the power he once had, as well as being shrunken significantly shrunken from his injuries. Since that day he has been training his body intensely to return his strength. Though he's not even a quarter as powerful as he used to be, he's gotten pretty strong for someone of his size.
Despite losing basically all his power, The Broom Closet of Justice kept him at S tier among the other highest ranking superheroes of the Yew Nork due to his reputation, as well as keeping up his superhero work and training long after an injury that should have made him quit.
