Dr. Ooga Booga is a witch doctor who works for Captain Screw-loose on the Nautilus. He originally lived on an island inhabited only by himself, how he got there is a mystery; even he doesn’t know how he got there in the first place, regardless in his isolation he practically mastered the art of voodoo and witchcraft, able to bend any form of nature to his will, from causing vines to snatch up his foes, to creating portals in order to escape or even transport large quantities of items vast distances. But while having control of nature and the obscure, he has a addiction to fruits of all kinds and their tastes. One of his hobbies is to blend the fruit he collects to hopefully one day make the “perfect” smoothie, though most of his attempts usually just result in a bizarre cocktail of vitamins and flavors.
