Tied between two worlds, half-orcs are either seen as the beast who hunt other beasts, or a danger to those who strive for guts and glory. While Half-Orcs are usually born of an orcish tribe, either a nomadic one that crosses borders hunting down some of their stable migratory animals, or a part of one of the tribal clans in The Wildlands / Beastlands.

Half-orcs are less accepted in most other territories barring orcish tribes and strangely enough, Halflings towns. Orcish societies will usually respect a half-orc on their lineage, strictly their father and mother - promoting those who show ample aptitude for some combat art be it martial prowess or the very rare magical adept.

Though they have a long history of war with other monsters, orcs and by extension Half-orcs are of die-hard traditionalists respecting the laws of nature and rules of combat. The Matriarchs of such tribes will even accept half-orcs as mates, if their lineage and trophies suit their higher standards of a prime specimen.

Though one deviation happens to one of the smaller nomadic tribes that have integrated into halfling societies. Due to a pretty standard historical event, it is normal for halflings to accept discarded or exiled newly born half-orcs. Despite the height discrepancies, the loving and caring nature Halflings provide usually churn out far more socially and mentally adept half-orcs. Many still strong physically, but more adept in dealing with and becoming ambassadors or advisors. Half-orcs who grow up in these communities usually tend to stick around them and defend Halflingfrom most wild threats.
