She's a shy Azerai that can sometimes be discovered flowing out of or creating new rivers in the caverns underground. She is an Azerai of Underground Waters, connections, and sustainance. and the one to seek out (mostly for new villages or even regular villages for digging or wells).

Appearance

SummaryHer face & hands, the only viewable parts of her, reflect waters with bioluminescent life within creating light like a starlit effect. She's got three major motes of light on her face where her eyes would ideally be. Hooded robes made of limestone & smoothened rock with a clunky flow. 

Wild Locations & Summoning Rituals

SummaryWhile not typically known, people have historically used dousing rods underground. A ceremonial dance with a dousing rod is required to call her blessings to find the nearest source of groundwater.
