White Lotus Celebration

This celebration came about to reward the most caring and attentive of lovers & intimate people to show how much the other means to them. On such a day it is courteous to give a respondent gift confirm affections, care, and respect. Following similar rulings of the Red Rose Celebration, it is customary to give a financially equivalent or emotionally equivalent gift. In combination it is quite often seen of rings being exchanged to renew vows, or make promises, or simply reaffirm or start a new or existing relationship. 

On this day, it is not too expected to have a gift pre-pared so confectionaries, flowers, and other gifts are usually the ones given out in affirmation. Depending on the towns or cities, it is sometimes customary for services or performances to be done as a 'thank you' or celebration for what loving & attentive gifts were given. It is said or foretold that if the recipient from Red's Day do not give an apt enough 'thank you,' then the relationship is doomed to be rocky for the rest of the year until time again for the next celebrations & proper recompense can be provided. Similar to the Red Rose Celebration, this day is also most rampant with those that would want to disrupt or purposely sabotage others' gift-giving in lieu of a myriad of petty reasons. For trying to steal back a loved one, trying revenge for a myriad of different slights against themselves. This day has the most air of anxiousness. Whilst Red Rose may have a more sudden & immediate consequence, a good gift or a bad gift can have long seeding results. 

Blue mages

Get the morning-after mamosas ready, for nights are long for the blue mages, as after selling the objects & tools of affection and arousal, there is immediate need for various tonics to aid hangovers, regrets, and soreness. If some blue mages have been able to sleep the night before, they can make bank on selling these tonics but they come VERY close to coinciding with the church. 

The Church of Bad Choices

Various temples tend to open their doors early for all those that have prowled the night in love, lust, or regret. Depending on the gods, there are various services provided - healing words are often low-priced if payment at all is necessary. Often enough the application of other higher healings will need to be done. The most expensive, but often most required tend to be restorations of all kinds. These themselves are often traps for the church expects heavy tithing for such 'charitable' services. Various more 'liberal' churches such as the Sharessin church find themselves needing to endure a reservation system to ensure they are not 'overloaded' with all of those that 'need help.'
