Gem Dragonborn

These enigmatic Dragonborn keep to the layer between Underdark & Surface - carving out a home in ravines close to the Underdarks, these Dragons carve at the earth to hone their homes, temples, pathways, connecting some of the caverns that topsiders may accidentally find or fall into connecting to the Underdark. These Dragonborn are wary of both realms as their gem-encrested bodies create the shiny an glorious gems many a noble or wizard would love to monopolize. Being living production plants, Gemstone Dragonborn are constantly on the lookout for poachers from any other race but their kind. This has led them to be the most cautious and shifty of the @Dragonborn keeping to themselves and out of sight. Their inherent psionics help to identify any who approach and either evade them with utmost dexterity befitting the wiliest of rogues, or by placating people with delusions and false imagery leading them down different paths on a wild goose chase. Much of their culture remains unknown to many topsiders, as sometimes they are spoken of as myths themselves.
