Grass A creature dragged across their blades will take 2d4 lightning damage per square feet.

TREES

Stormfury Trees. A creature treading within 30-60ft (depending on size category) is dealt 3d10 lightning damage. Larger or gargantuan ones are known to stun or paralyze creatures.

Thunder Trees A creature who slams into a tree is dealt 2d10 lightning, or triggers 1d8 thunder damage in a 5-10ft radius.

Zap Apple Trees Typically grow Zap Apples. Striking these trees deals 2d10, making them painful to chop without proper precautions. An apple that meets a violent fall lets out a burst of 1d8 thunder damage in a 5ft radius. What a shame it'd be if a flourshing tree's apples all fell down at once...

Electriberry Bushes/Vines Tastes like Lemon. Grants haste without concentration and the inability to long rest for 8 hours per berry consumed in a day.

Thornrose Bushes & Vines. Beautifully deadly. May deal 1d10 lightning and stun creatures.

MISCELLANEOUS

Electriflies - A adaptation of the Mire's Fireflies, these ones emit blue light through sparking of electricity arcing off their speedy wings.

Rumors say the shadowy kittens who watch from the treetops are agents of the Darkblade clan; others say, they're merely hapless travelers who perished and had their souls twisted by the locale. Who's to say what the truth could be?

Divination spells here have a chance to incur an additional prophecy of what could've been; a possibility of a future should your divination not be acted on - would that squirrel your locating have been slain by another predator anyway in days to come? Would that merchant have donated to a local orphanage were you not to interfere in her life with your spell?

Trees

Slumbering amidst branches nurturing shadows for leaves denies a long rest to travelers, as they are plagued with nightmares. But sleeping on the ground or in cover will leave you with a chance to still slumber peacefully... a chance.

Haphazard

Along the floors of the mire lies in waiting the illusion sinkholes. some of these sinkholes only grab you up to your calfs but releases spore like dust that transfixes you, leaving the body with a sense of vertigo and the feeling of sinking deeper and faster than you are. unfortunately some of these illusion sinkholes are actually sinkholes that will drag you under the ground, or worse, drag you to a place darker than the lightless caves above.

MISCELLANEOUS They have local fireflies that sometimes travel into Stormfury Woods. These emit blue light, and enjoy a sap from trees that confuses and sometimes warps creatures.

Cold-based magic not stemming from an elemental adept can expect -2 damage dice, -2 DC, or otherwise halved effects in their radius up to DM discretion.

Magmagrass

Any effect that destroys grass or causes difficult terrain incurs bursts of flame dealing fire damage in proportion to the creature's size:
1d8 fire to small creatures
2d8 fire to medium creatures
4d8 fire to large creatures
8d8 fire to huge creatures
16d8 fire to gargantuan or larger creatures
Tiny creatures are immune. to this environmental effect

Trees

The embers from its trees have cauterizing and minor healing properties, strangely enough. Mysteriously, they cannot start fires - true danger comes from chopping these trees, as their bark releases spurts of magma & flame like ruptured blood vessels. Deals 2d8 fire damage in a 15ft cone for 10 rounds.

Healing is increased by 2 dice while within 15ft of a local tree.

The cold of this environment grants creatures a +2 to checks against poison.

WATERS.
The waters of the forests have an immense healing effect only during the warm seasons. Basking in the rivers or lakes during the late spring through early fall would be equivalent to swimming through a concentrated healing potion, making it an excellent resort or resting spot for travelers. come the fall through late winter, some of these water sources will not freeze over and instead turn into deadly environmental traps. these still moving waters would freeze nearly anything that stays longer than a few seconds in their waters to a solid block of ice. even cold resistant creatures are hesitant to cross these waters for fear of the rapid petrifying effects. Any creature that falls in or is doused with these waters must make a Str saving throw to get out, taking 6d12 on a fail, half on a success. if the creature fails by 5 or more the creature's body or body parts become petrified

TREES.
frosty leaves devour snow, offering nourishment to any afflicted with poisons. the +2 from the cold environment is turned into resistance with the right concoction using these leaves, though they may also be used to create frostbite or add +1 to the DC's of cold spells, or another damage dice.

Safest to travel during the summertime, any other season will leave travelers being dealt 2d8 slashing from falling leaves if they slam into a tree hard enough or fail their saving throw maneuvering about its icy branches.

Aurora Tree - an aurora glistens off its leaves (chance for hallucinatory pattern)

Twinkle Tree - Twinkling leaves guide the way in any storm.

Torrent Trees - the Aquajam bulbs holding a rainstorm inside them. Blooms into fruits in the summer. either are harvested for various purposes

FRUITS

Aquajam Fruit - natural greater healing potion.

Frostcharm Bombs. Thrown consumables - freezes people in face. If a creature fails by more than 5, they're petrified in ice.

CRYSTALSPINE VALLEY The dead here rarely stay dead. Oftentimes their bodies are taken by colloid spores or crystal that animates it into a shell of its former self. The crystalline beings often "speak for the trees."

Trees The crystalline trees of this forest are known to absorb magic. All magic cast here deals one damage die less, has its DC's reduced by 1, and cover is doubled against spells. A tree that absorbs enough levels of magic (typically combination of 5the level) will expel it in a wild magic surge. Druids & Sorcerers can harvest this energy to imitate spell effects absorbed, or fuel their own spells. Incompatible with Wizards & their weave, yet it does not hinder their hubris in attempting to harness this natural power.

Fruits

Rocky Gourd - stoneskin without concentration

Quartz Pear - fruits that can give resistances to a variety of damage types. Each fruit gives resistance to 1 type of damage denoted by its color. A creature can consume a number of these fruits a day equal to their con modifier, if they eat any more than that they have to make a con save versus their own con stat, if they fail they lose all of their resistances (even ones not given by the fruits) and must roll on the wild magic surge table for each fruit devoured.

Grass deals 1d4 acid for each 5ft square treaded upon. Acid resistant shoes will not melt.

Acid damage from other sources reduces AC by 1 until armor is destroyed.

Trees. Acid drip from their leaves, coating the ground in acidic properties. This will melt carriages and shoes over time, but is otherwise not problematic aside from a probable reason that grass is especially harmful.
 When the bark of these trees is cut into, acid bursts out like ruptured blood vessels dealing 1d8 acid damage in a 15ft cone for 10 rounds.
