A Greenscale Dragonborn. He sports quetzacoatl themed headdress with feathers going down to his tail, and rocking multi-layered necklaces that essentially covers up his chest. He doesn't look strength-wise imposing, but despite the shaking and moving of the float, we see he is kept perfectly still the entire time.
His righthand advisor is Vaarrheas, a stronger but stout fellow - definitely two heads shorter than Nyel'Xek and he's got a bulky build he's trying to hide underneath robes. He opens the robes an there's - if you've ever seen a costume doctor at a convention, he is strapped with extra feathers, needles, multiple water pouches he'll hand to Nyel'Xek as he will gingerly take it and with a finger, pop off the top an take a swig.
