It is the capital city (and its entirety, a temple) on Vozzaki for Valvys. Besides that, historically, it was the first gathering spot for council of dragons when they first made the ancient pact a millennia ago to essentially calm down and use the Archipelago for Dragon Breeding Seasons. Per using ancient relics, Dragonborn can prosper here under the gaze of Bahamut. It is fine if some rowdy young dragons try assaulting people, raiding villages, it's fine to fight back. Natural part of the life cycle to weed out the arrogant, pompous, and weak. It is a sacred claim for Dragonborn not to invade the ancient Dragon Nest designated for each specific type of Dragon.

History and Passage

The draconic glyphs in the tunnel connecting Vozzaki's abyss to Spiremound read as...

(Investigation) the murals depict the Spiremound under attack. The info details different points on Vozzaki where it is apparent that should some devastation befall Spiremound, the people would evacuate to...

It seems in the past what was the most terrorifying thing for the ancients in Vozzaki was the, what looks to be (written here) the 4the draconic expansion. A tale long time ago of when dragons were the pinnacle Apex of the known world battling Giants and any other creatures large enough, strong enough, fast enough, to compete. It appears this third expansion war was their attempt to break into Gaimera from lands beyond. This tunnel is one of the many contingencies that they made.

It is a short history lesson as we come towards the massive marble twinset of doors. Depictions of each of the five? Six? main types of dragons, doors that look like they would be.. locked? Not trapped, but the walls - frame of the doors, is also a marble-adjacent stone, one that is far too sturdy to be dug through.
