The sky city of Eidolon is the home of The Phantasists. Believed to have been a folly constructed by an Archaic Oikumene plutocrat, it was once home to an artists’ colony who created fanciful bio-art monsters that still roam the ecologically damaged surface of the planet Phobetor below.
