When this cylinder is strapped to a person or object and activated, it smoothly modulates falling speeds for up to 1000 meters. The chute can safely slow up to 300 kilos of weight. TL5 versions can operate from orbital heights and cost 1,000 credits, where they can be found at all. Both versions burn out after one use.
