Generally access to the ring surface is restricted to citizens of Hy-Brasil, with visitors to the system left to gaze down at the fantastic vistas and rolling green hills of Hy-Brasil from the Aine, the large station at the center of the ring that houses massive solar collection arrays, and an artificial suns.
Hy-Brasil nobility can often be distinguished by their elaborately braided hair, and woad facial tattoos with both men and women.
All Hy-Brasilans exhibit characteristics that would be considered a rare occurrence in naturally born modern baselines. Specifically yellow or orange hair with blue, grey, or more rarely; green eyes, being exceedingly dominant. Hy-Brasilans of darker complexion typically are genetically restricted to green eyes and orange hair only, though this is not always the case.
