A nobleman from Vodacce who has been an occasional paramour of Reinette Varonne.
The heroes as a group first encountered him in Charouse while they were tracking Wolfgang von Drachen. As a historian and an expert in Numan history he was able to advise them on a number of artefacts they had discovered.
It was not until over a year later that the heroes finally discovered he was in fact the masked assassin - Valentino.
