- Most Daoine Sidhe have power over mortal dreams. In particular, the Nocturnal bloodlines have the highest propensity for it. Many Nocturnals will only interact with mortals in this way. The Daylight bloodlines tend to pass on a culture of rigid thinking that doesn't lend itself well to mastery of the Dreaming.
