The kuo-toa village is located directly on the shore of a broad cavern lake (part of the Darklake). A series of rickety towers are lashed together by rope and plank bridges in haphazard patterns, and high fences of woven netting serve as the village boundaries.

Kuo-toa trade with those passing by on the Darklake as well as provide ferry service and navigation.

During your last visit, it was attacked by Demogorgon. The fate of it and its people are unknown.
