Skjorn's home city, famous for its rich cultural life and its magical traditions. The population is largely human and elf with some half-elves and a few other races sprinkled in.
The River Rauvin runs through the city. Connecting the north and south sides is a smooth, glittering arch made entirely of force magic; this impressive landmark is called the Moonbridge. Northbank is divided by a large market in the center, east of which is where the High Palace and the noble houses are located. Southbank is home to the many magic schools of the University of Silverymoon.
