Dibrael and Skjorn head to the town hall with most of the NPCs for the upcoming meeting
Mylz, Zaz, Sarith, and Jorlan venture into slime territory where they run into Glabbagool; they recognize the sword trapped in its body
- Glabbagool informs the group about a secret passage that oozes have been using to squeeze into the city (including itself)
- the group blocks off said passage so no more oozes can get in
- Mylz feeds Glabbagool some ormu to make it glow; it is now easily distinguishable from other oozes
- the group drops off Glabbagool with the nearby wererats; it is as fascinated by them as they are by a friendly ooze
Mylz, Zaz, Sarith, and Jorlan make it back just in time for the meeting

- Party shares what they've learned about the slime invasion and the council discusses what each faction can bring to the table
- a large force will fight through the oozes in waves, making way for Party to reach the Pudding King and take him out; they will then leave with an extraction team
- but first, Party must banish Ogrémoch's Bane and locate Entémoch's Boon so the deep gnomes can make use of their elemental fighters

PCs leave the city to begin hunting for Entémoch's Boon while NPCs stay behind and help prepare for battle
- the first night, they find no clues
the next day, PCs find a small pyramid of carefully stacked stones next to a tunnel; their first lead
the next day, PCs find a tunnel whose entrance is flanked by sculpted stone busts of a male & female deep gnome
the next day, PCs find a cave with a summoning circle; it's what they've been looking for
- they spot petrified vermin remains and soon after hear basilisks; they mark the location on a map and leave quickly to avoid a confrontation
it takes one day for PCs to follow their map and retrace their steps back to Blingdenstone

- they are briefed on the preparations that have been made

everyone is ready for battle, so they charge into slime territory the same day
- earth elementals lead the charge, followed by wererats, flanked by deep gnomes
- Party sneaks as far in as they can, fighting some oozes along the way
- Party blows up a wall of debris and heads into an old throne room being used by Slouph, the Pudding King
Party confronts Slouph and his two slime children, Princess Ebonmire and Prince Livid
- Slouph is at first uninterested; when Skjorn flirts with him, he commands Prince Livid to kill him first
- Prince Livid is quickly defeated
- Mylz successfully grapples Slouph
