"You know she doesn't have a pile of invitations crowding her inbox." -- Nazanin

"She'd cut off a man's ear for undercharging on imported electronics." -- Tavalas

"She is very fun to watch at parties." -- Mojgan

Cahiid is one of Zareii's lieutenants who is typically in charge of the docks and bazaars of the Floating Palace.

Mojgan thinks that she acts more honorably than any of the other dancers in Zareii's troupe and seems to put much emphasis on Mojgan's status as a legitimate dancer. She is very quick to cut her losses and yield to Mojgan, lately only needing Mojgan to guess she is there and say her name before surrendering.

Note: Practical benefits to this method have reduced the amount of dithering on site, thus reducing the chance Mojgan will be able to tell a potentially hostile host that Cahiid is her guest and force Cahiid to entertain her through a days' long party; and, if Mojgan has an unhappy time, a date of when her duties will be complete and Cahiid can either try again or a date Mojgan will be preoccupied here and the troupe can move freely throughout the Floating Palace.

Cahiid has a strained relationship with her status as a murder harlot. She does not come from a family with a high social standing and did not grow up with much ornamentation and clearly finds it a distraction from her important business, but ornamentation is an important aspect to being a dancer, so it must be worn. Being a socialite is also an important aspect of being a dancer, but one she is much less willing to take on.
