Prince Bhimsen of Rungarra has too many older brothers.
He was the captain of the previous crew assigned to the Tranquil Cloud, and abandoned it on the volcano of Gamagdhi 3A when it broke down. He was apparently friendly with Deleyr V. Nobody else seems to like him.
