It is widely known that people have started to sacrifice others to the Frostmaiden, hoping to end the 'curse' she put on Ten-Towns.
Recently some people were found dead in some of the cities of Ten-Towns, mainly Bryn Shander, Thargos and Easthaven. They were all found with iceknifes in their hearts.
We were approached by Hlin Trollbane. She believes that Sephek Kaltro is behind these murders. She also believes that these Iceknifes are made by magic.
Sephek Kaltro is a henchman of Torrga Icevein, the owner of Torg's, a travelling caravan. Hlin suspects Sephek as he seems unphased by the cold. Most wear thick clothing to withstand the cold, but he doesn't even wear gloves or a scarf. They also say that he's good with a blade.
