Prologue 1

In the beginning, the world was an exceedingly empty place, where life was sadly nonexistent. It was just like a mystical desert, yet with no sand, or even bones. Not a soul existed, until, finally the world was formed. Omnipotence made the world. With a clap of his hands, the world grew rapidly, until it was teeming with diversity. Planets, Stars, Galaxies, and finally, a universe worth living in. One fortunate planet, however, omnipotence supplemented with life. Life included creatures from the fish and Merfolk of water to the birds and Avians in the sky, and the cows and elves of the ground, as well as all those in between. The elves, Merfolk, and Avians were told to watch over the cows, fish, and birds, as well as each other. The Merfolk took care of the fish by giving them seas with their breath; the elves took care of the cows by making grass for them to eat, with their powers of life, and the Avians taught the birds methods to fly, and the breeze with their breath.

Despite the peace being beautiful and tranquil, evil still found its place. Malevolence, the fallen angel, had found Omnipotence's once perfect world, and he turned it upside down. From the ashes of black fires came Night Elves from the ground, Evil Mudmen from the water, as well as dragons of black from the sky. The Night elves hunted the cows for food, as well as the Mudmen for fish, and dragons for birds. The conflict had now emerged, as a steady battle between good and evil clashed incessantly. The Night elves and elves became not the only creatures that Malevolence would create from Omnipotence over the cows. Dwarves and goblins came from the stony mountains, Humans from the grasslands, and trolls from the swamps. Eleemen came to live with the humans and the elves in the forest. The same happened with the waters and the skies. All the creatures were happy, sorrowful, and miserable. All were good and bad, and all sinned; even the creatures that Omnipotence had made.

All this went on for thousands of years, but then, from the already evil Night Elves the Malevolence created Dromaculis, and they swore to commit genocide against all creatures, of the sky, sea, and land. The Dromaculis attacked elves until they were forced to retreat and call for help from all the other creatures. All the creatures united were too powerful for the Dromaculis. They destroyed the Dromaculis, and restored the peace and sorrow, as it had been before. Nevertheless, Malevolence found a way, by destroying the bond of all races. He did this through a human king, who forced the humans to separate from all other races and destroy them. This evil king created an army of the dead, the stone golems known as the Gargoyles, and the living dead from the grave known as walking corpses, which were made by his now evil wizards, who were now granted the power of death instead of light. He killed his brother. He used his armies to make the races go into conflict, and he conquered nearly the entire world. When he died, his son swore to continue what his father had started. Although many had escaped to places abroad, they were still far from safe from his grasp. Two rebellions were able to thwart him, and this story shows the story behind the makings of a rebellion that would go from three people to saving the world.
