Arazion the Meddler is a powerful individual from the Feywild who claims to have the best interests of the guild in mind, despite being indirectly (or perhaps directly) responsible for the guild's first two deaths. He harnessed the spirits of the dead to show the adventurers a vision of what the guild once was in addition to making Caretaker Balthus visible for all to see.
While no one is quite sure where he is now, he claims that he will be watching.
