UPGRADE LOCKED UNTIL LEVEL 7
A character can now purchase any mount (except elephants) and land vehicles like carts, wagons, etc. and have them stabled at the guild, who can arrange for them to be delivered to an adventure site (unless forbidden by the DM). The cost for stabling a mount or vehicle is a one-time fee of 25g for each animal or vehicle.
