Halani was a princess of the Moonwood elves until one night several Yak-Folk possessing some moon elf hunters killed her brothers and took her as a slave. From then on, she lived as a slave of Chief Kartha-Kaya, learning all about his yak folk tribe.
She was saved by the Blue Wyrm Brigade when they sought out Ironslag.
