The Councilor representing Fey more in name than in actual practice, Fallyn is a charming and likeable gentleman who once served in her Majesty's entourage at The Court of First Spring. Despite his generally affable nature, many of his colleagues find him somewhat frustrating to work with as he seems only infrequently interested in actually doing the job he was sent there for. Though ostensibly present on the council in order to represent the interests of The Court and of Fey itself, Fallyn's attentions are often erratic and inscrutable to those around him and he's often reluctant to form an opinion on matters of great import to the rest of the The Realm Council. Despite this, The Spring Queen has, on many occasions, insisted that she's more than happy with his performance, leaving the other Councilors to simply learn to live with his eccentricities.
