A Dark Fey who has come to serve the interests of The Court of First Spring, Arthras is a mysterious figure outside of the most well-connected circles in the courts of Fey. Those who know anything of him at all have come to believe that he is a hunter in the service of the Court, though what he hunts for and if it is at the behest of the Prince or the Queen remains a mystery to all.
