The Amber Tears is the second largest tribe in the Lizardfolkswamp. They employ stealth tactics and strike from afar with poisons and other toxins. They reside in the underground village of Mudhome away from prying eyes and the fury of the larger tribes.
The Amber Tears, true to their name, revere Talona. They believe that their inherent immunity to most toxins is due to a blessing by the goddess herself, though scholars speculate it's more due to their constant exposure and, likely, consumption of the toxins that simply lead to a genetic immunity to them. Regardless, the lizards employ deadly diseases and poisons in Talona's name, and are experts in their poison crafts.
