Fallowcape is one of three main cities in the Everstar Isles, though it could barely be considered a city even by the best of exaggerations. The town itself is a quaint port city residing on the eastern edge of the Forsaken Fen which affords the town very little in terms of safety, though it is said to breed some of the hardiest folk on the island. The town is built upon some of the only sturdy land on the Fen and houses a modest harbour that serves as the lifeblood for the small population. The town itself is governed by a faceless merchant league that is said to hail from somewhere in Falanar, so the small settlement doesn't actually receive much as far as guidance goes, this leads them to live their life with self survival and sufficiency foremost in mind.
The town is built on flatland with only a large tower serving as it's main town hall. The tower houses much of the town's business as it is a centralized and relatively safe location, any travellers typically stop there to buy what they need before they depart.
The small town has an admittedly very small amount of crime, no major organizations exist to perpetuate such and those who commit petty crimes quickly find themselves outcasts in the Fen, a fate most find unappealing.
