After the fall of Regus and the apparent destruction of the first adventurer's guild, several splinter groups formed throughout Falanar to fill the role as a hub where adventurer types could flock to in the hopes of picking work, purpose, and glory.

The Ironscale Adventurer's guild was formed by a small collective of dwarven noble houses to help direct adventurous youths and seasoned adventurers towards dwarf-centric issues that cropped up from time to time. The guild still accepts all manner of jobs, but the dwarf heavy population of the guild typically sees local problems dealt with first and foremost, and then outsider jobs are taken. The guild follows the same structure as the original, where members are given ranks depending on their status, and the highest ranking adventurers tend to work privately for nobles or large organizations.

There have been grumblings about certain houses paying the guild to give their children higher ranks than they may deserve, but with no formal body to investigate this claim, it goes untouched.
