Regarding Pregnancy Rolls

Rolling for Pregnancy in the OOC channel could tip off people to storyline. We recommend you contact either someone in Management, Administration or Help Desk and do the roll in Private Message. If the roll succeeds, then send a Note to Management to update their own private baby list. Copy/paste the dice roll results showing the mods, and state who was impregnated by who.

All results will be confidential.

Pregnancy

All Pregnancy Rolls must be recorded or witnessed by Earth-971 staff (At this time, the Earth-971 Admin, Veronica and Jayda) . Rolls can only be done between two Vested. Freelancers cannot impregnate or be impregnated. Any pregnancies declared, where the roll has not been reported, will be declared null and void.

Conception

Impregnation is determined by a simple 1d100 dice roll, and is only an option for two Vested characters. Freelance characters cannot be nor can impregnate any other Freelance or Vested characters. The baseline chance is 30% (Or 71-100 on a 1d100) which assumes a coupling between a Human Male and a Human Female.

All modifications will be assuming this is the baseline coupling. Modifications that apply to the father will appear in red text. Modifications that apply to the mother will appear in purple text. Use all modifiers that apply.

New roll modifications will be added constantly, with ideas able to be sent to the Earth-971 Admin.

In the event a pregnancy roll has gender result that neither side is happy with, they can negate the roll with the sexual encounter resulting in no pregnancy. They must wait 48 hours before a reroll can be done, provided it accompanies a sexual encounter/scene. Please report use of this option to the admin.

Twins

If a roll is a natural 100 on a 1d100, then the result will be twins. On a second 1d100, if the roll is also a natural 100, then triplets. If there are any spells or items that impact this, they shall be added over time but as of right now, none exist.

Kuldothan Note on Twins: All Kuldothan’s have twins by default. On a 100 the result is Triplets.

The Carrying Clause

In the case where two players decide to end their story or one player has to leave Flist then the fate of any children will be up to the Mother of aforementioned children. The Mother is noted as the one carrying the child. Please note That if either parent deletes their character or leaves 971. Then the right to determine what is done with the child is left up to the remaining parent.

On Abortion

In a perfect world this wouldn’t be as taboo or sensitive a topic as it was. However we all have feelings about it in one way shape or form. So, these things happen, for various reasons in game and out of game. We expect it to be a 100% consensual OOC decision between both parties for whatever reasons. We also expect all IC consequences to be adhered to, if for instance your character gets a Matriarchs baby terminated there may very be consequences for her actions. If the two players split due to OOC or IC differences, and the woman carrying the child choose not to continue with the pregnancy, please refer to the above Carrying Clause. All rights by the Father is forfeit in this case and the Mother is able to choose the fate of the child.

Current Pregnancies

All current pregnancies must be reported to Staff. Besides the Earth-971 Admin, all staff capable of handling and processing/doing preg rolls are as follows:

Child Acceleration

No one wants a kid to grow up on a normal timeline, and many want the kid age-accelerated to a playable age. While most NPC Babies that are never slated to be made characters of can go this route, others want something more immediate. Options exist, but it all depends on various criteria if they are available as options.

Gardner Maternal Services

OOC Info: To make use of this service, approach the Earth-971 Admin. The use of such will be logged into the Pregnancy Register.

Background: Evangeline Gardner (A background NPC/Non-Played character), runs a service for various pregnant Futa. She offers gestation and child acceleration services, for a moderate fee. Not affiliated with any House, she does get donations and funding from the Council, wanting to help keep up her medical services and chain of clinics.
Criteria: The mother seeking the services cannot be an Exotic, Alien, or have any criminal record with authorities, Interpol or X-Com. The Clinic can only treat normal humans, lacking any actual ability to treat anything other. Also, all records of treatments go on public record with the Council, as well as paternity test results. This remains the default, and most easiest to obtain service.

Cost: No real cost is expected, but those using the service are welcome to make monetary donations. However those who come to the Clinic and are wealthy, will be strongly asked to make a donation.

Character Risk: Gardner has basic security, with many gaps. It has a 15% chance of catching infiltration attempts, aimed at getting access to women, children or those just there for fertility checkups.

Rate of Progression (Pre-Birth): Services cannot be used if the pregnancy is less than two weeks. Each weekly treatment on a child not born is a roll of 1d12-2. If the roll lands at 2 or above, growth is accelerated by those number of weeks. If the roll lands at 1, nothing happens. If the roll is 0, baby growth goes back a week. If the roll is -1, baby growth goes back three weeks. When the child has hit the 40 week mark of growth, birth is immediate.

Rate of Progression (Post-Birth): Gardner has a good record on growth acceleration, with a roll of 1d4 needed on weekly treatments. On a result of 2 or 3, the child grows by one year. On a result of 4, the child grows by two years. On a result of 1, growth goes back a year. Gardner however, can only offer very basic educational services. A child reaching the age of eighteen, would from Gardner, only have a very rudimentary highschool education/GED education level. Internal security of Gardner is also spotty, and prone to infiltration by those with nefarious means.

Mytilene University Maternal Services

OOC Info: To make use of this service, approach Veronica Ravenshire. The use of such will be logged into the Pregnancy Register.

Background: Ran by some of the former Alumni of Mytilene University, dedicated to bringing about the very best of Futa potential, Mytilene University has it’s own medical team and offers it’s own birth acceleration services, for a rather hefty fee and only if you have the right connections.
Criteria: The father must be an Alumni of Mytilene University, with the acquisition of services done entirely by the father. A paternity test will be done, and if the father is found out to not be the father, then it would be a mark of shame upon them. Mytilene is able to handle anything that is not human, but with a degree of error (75% chance of failure). The involved parents also cannot be any form of criminals or wanted by authorities of any kind. Also, all records of treatments go on public record with the Council, as well as paternity test results. This remains the default, and most easiest to obtain service.

Cost: Substantial, with full services costing around two and a half million in total.

Character Risk: Mytilene has very good security chances, with a 60% chance of catching infiltration. However it is the target of many such attempts by those wanting to either get access to pregnant women of importance, access those just there for medical checkups, or alter a child’s educational programming/growth. Failure two times will alert the Council and earn it’s wrath.

Rate of Progression (Pre-Birth): Each treatment is done every two weeks and is a roll of 1d15-2. Any roll of 1 or below is failure, with no danger to the child. Any roll above two is the number of weeks gestation rate grows. At forty weeks, birth is immediate.

Rate of Progression (Post-Birth): Where Mytilene stands out at is the educational services it offers. Using repurposed mental conditioning chairs every two weeks, it can put 1d8+1. The result is the years the child’s growth is accelerated. At eighteen, it will finish the acceleration treatment with a Pre-College education level.

Mytilene University Extension Office - New York City

OOC Info: To make use of this service, approach an Admin OOC about it. The use of such will be logged into the Pregnancy Register.

Background: Ran by Doctor Marissa Tavina, Graduate of Mytilene University and of House Bayarri, this extension office is on the 33rd floor of Ravenshire Tower and features all of the services of the University without the need for a trip to Germany. It is staffed with graduates and interns from the University’s Medical Program.

Criteria: Same as Mytilene, but Marissa does offer her services to those outside of Mytilene but at a very high cost. Paternity Tests have a 5% chance of failure if done at the NY Office. The Error Chance for anything Non-Human is changed to 65%, given Marissa’s specialized skill. All records of treatments go on public record with the Council, as well as paternity test results and are also reported to the United States Scorpion Initative. This remains the default, and most easiest to obtain service.

Cost: Substantial, with full services costing around two and a half million in total.

Character Risk: Despite the distance from the University, there is an improved chance to detect security issues, thanks to Scorpion-level Security. 70% Chance of catching infiltration. Failure two times will trigger a Scorpion Rapid Response Team.

Rate of Progression (Pre-Birth): Each treatment is done every ten days is a roll of 1d15+1. Due to safeguards and donated tech from Ravenshire Biotech, failure is not an option, with no danger to the child. Any roll above two is the number of weeks gestation rate grows. At forty weeks, birth is immediate.

Rate of Progression (Post-Birth): Where Mytilene stands out at is the educational services it offers. Using repurposed mental conditioning chairs every two weeks, it can put 1d8+2. The result is the years the child’s growth is accelerated. At eighteen, it will finish the acceleration treatment with a Pre-College education level.

Special Items

The following are various items, normal and magical, that have some special effect on the pregnancy process. Other items will be added over time, with each item having it’s own special quality and rules about it.

Ensharian Fecundity Potion

OOC Info: This item cannot be produced by any character. It is only available, from certain magical black markets on Imperia, via the Therilmorian Elves. The possession of this item has to be approved by the Game Admin of Earth-971. On the Imperian market, the potion sells for 20,000 Imperian Silver.

Effects: This potion appears as a murky purple liquid, with silver traces seen in it, tasting of strong elderberry wine. When taken by a female, it causes a 72 hour window, where even if pregnant, she can be impregnated a second time, by either the father of the current child or by another. However, impregnation attempts are at a -10 modifier. If taken by a female who is not pregnant, it creates a 24 hour window where she can be repeatedly impregnated, up to 3 times, with -5, -10 and -20 mod for each impregnation. If taken by a male or shemale, it allows for anal impregnation, at -5. If taken by a Herm, she suffers the same effects as a female.

Availability: Extremely rare. Found only by certain Therilmorian sects, in worship with more extreme religious sects of the Goddess Enshar.

Currently Known Bottles on Earth-971: As of 9-6-2020, Eleven bottles exist in the Vault of Ravenshire Estate. One is in possession of House Fitzgerald.

Gender Determination

Gender determination is dependent on the two mingling in the act of breeding. We try and cover all possible pairings, and if you don’t see it on here, please contact the Earth-971 Admins, requesting an update or addition.

User Choice Option: A Player can either use make the gender decision for themselves (ICly this is explained as them seeking Minor Medical services to invoke particular genes) or they can use the roll system instead.

As stated before, all rolls need to be reported/witnessed by suitable staff.

Kuldothan Pregnancy Rates

Kuldothan’s are strange in that they have twins. One is the species of the father and follows typical breeding chart for that species. One is Kuldothan and has a very very very small chance of being Futa, specifically Herm. For context, one has literally never been born to the Kuldothan people in their long years. So this should only happen for story purposes. So the Kuldothan baby is always Female unless Admin permission is sought to make a Herm.
