Session Summary

• The Jedi got a tip from Knight Panye Landoong about the whereabouts of a Pyke underboss who was known to kidnap force sensitive children.
  Led by Jedi Knight Savati they go to Uyter.
• While Dakshi makes contact with the local authorities the Jedi learners track down Knight Landoongs former associate a Gungan Bountyhunter by the name of Slooka.
• Slooka is convinced to help the Jedi after hearing what the Pykes are up to. He shares that they have recently taken over a district in town and a farm just outside of it.
• The Jedi meet Marshal Talern, who asks for their help with surveillance and evidence gathering.
• Agreeing to this, the Jedi led by Frid find Jupli in the middle of a meeting with a protocol droid.
• Aryn manages to get close enough to get a recording of the meeting, and by chance the Jedi manage to capture the droid with hardly an incident.
• Worried that the capture of the droid may tip off the pykes and whoever they’re dealing with, and knowing a child was in danger pushed the Marshals to act immediately. Talern, worried about fallout if it went poorly, insisted on processing evidence first.
• Though frustrated, the Jedi cooperated, discovering in the process the involvement of a criminal syndicate known as the Zann Consortium.
• Satisfied, the Marshall sent along some of his deputies to help the Jedi raid the farm while he and reinforcements suppressed the syndicate presence in the district the Pykes controlled
• The Jedi raided the farm, and after a fierce fight captured Jupli and rescued the young child. A human boy named Zaifre.
