Old Places, New Faces

Session Summary

• The Party arrived on an unknown and unnamed planet, where an archaeologist friend of Teniai Duo named Doronik Neef had sent out a distress call
• Following the signal and the Force through the jungle, the party fought their way through the vegetation and barely avoided a pack of Gundarks.
• They found Doronik held by  a group of pirates, identified by R’kela as the Knights of Ren.
• Whilst Elias snuck up to rescue Doronik and R’kela took position to flank, the rest of the group engaged in talks with the Knights, both to serve as a distraction and hopefully a way to resolve things peacefully.
• Things devolved rather quickly to a fight, with one of the Knights opening fire on the group, harming many with automatic fire guided by his Force abilities.
• Elias saved Doronik, and whilst the party took injuries, including Nezuel going unconscious, they prevailed against the three Knights, knocking out one, the remaining ran away.
• After some minor treating of injuries and catching their breaths, the party were again faced with the Knights, the two escapees apparently getting the rest of their group, and their leader, a man going by the name ‘Ren’.
• After some brief trash talking, and an attempt from Ren to tempt Nezuel to his side, Teniai used a powerful display of Move to briefly distract the Knights, allowing the party to flee through the jungle.
• After a harrowing chase, and R’kela siccing the Gundark Pack on the Knights, the party managed to get Doronik and themselves unto the ship, and took off the second Teniai tereturned to them.
• Aboard the ship, Doronik explained that there was nothing he could find within the ruined temple and that the Knights of Ren simply hadn’t believed him but the Jedi were able to take away that the dangerous group has an interest in pursuing Force artifacts
