Session Summary

• The Jedi had spent three weeks investigating the attempted assassination of a Hosnian Prime senator by assassin droids, an attempt that was only stopped by the Jedi, but had so far been unsuccessful in finding any leads. The padawans were commanded by Master Yin Ke to take the day off of the investigation to refresh themselves and see where the Force leads them. 
• They head to the market and spend some time enjoying themselves before a man almost runs into Eyton. They find out that he’s a droid smith and offer to help him carry his droid parts back to his shop since he seemed to be struggling. 
• At his shop, the Jedi learn he is Keph Rilo. Vels manages to get through to him, pointing out how scared he seems, and Keph admits that he needs help. He explains that he was the person who built the assassin droids, a commission for Aya Het, a woman he later found out was the leader of a Black Suns chapter in the city. He thought he was building bodyguard droids but Aya kidnapped his apprentice and forced him to modify them into assassin droids. 
• The Jedi agree to help because Alorah, Keph’s apprentice, is innocent and needs help. Keph offers the Jedi each a BD droid to accompany them and help them on the mission.
• The Jedi decide to sneak into the front company for Aya’s gang, Vertine Galactic Logistics, to try and rescue Alorah. Eyton, Thrassk, Vels, and Elias snuck in through a vent while Talia accompanied Keph, lying about being his new apprentice. 
• Talia is identified by Aya and forced to join Alorah in a guarded room. The other group emerged into a server room. Eyton managed to slice into the computers, getting access to the cameras, while Talia explained the plan to Alorah.
• The Jedi coordinate together on a plan and are finally forced into action when a security guard walks into the server room. Eyton stunned him and set off an ion grenade in the server rooms, destroying them as the Jedi raced to the 6th floor to reunite with Talia and rescue Alorah. 
• Aya took Talia and Alorah to the roof, getting ready to escape when the Jedi confronted her. Vels was able to take out the one remaining assassin droid by detonating an ion grenade in his hands and taking damage in the process. Thrassk took down Aya as she went to escape, using the Force to throw a piece of furniture at her but miscalculating and accidentally sending her off the edge of the tower. 
• The Jedi defeated all of the enemies and shut down this chapter of the Black Suns, capturing about a dozen of them and turning them over to the authorities. They returned to Keph, who insisted he go to prison, and collectively decided that it would be better for him to try and serve the community instead, trusting the Jedi of the
• Hosnian Prime Temple to keep an eye on him.
