Below outlines our COVID policy. We reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund if this is not followed.
- You must be vaccinated to attend our games. If you have a medical condition that prevents this, email [email protected] and we'll see if we can work out an exception. These exceptions will require some sort of proof typically.
- You will need to send proof of vaccination before your first full game (or show it at site). Email a picture of your vax card or a digital record to [email protected]. We recognize that it is possible your legal name on these and the name we know you by may be different, so please let me know who you are when you submit!
- You are not required to wear a mask at games, but anyone who chooses to is welcome to and will never face any negative pushback. If someone does treat you differently for making this choice, it is a CoC violation and will be handled as such.
- It is not required, but always recommended to test the morning of an event with lots of people, no matter how you feel.
- If you test positive for COVID, please do not come to game unless you test negative for at least two days in a row before game. You will be refunded no questions asked (either fully with no boon, or partially to our non-attendance price and still receive your boon, your choice)
