Sister Kireth Dawnveil

In S07 - Faith and Secrets, Dawnveil was one of three Mandate figures who interviewed Rynerm at the Sanctum of the Vigilant Flame.

She seemed the most sympathetic to Rynerm's position, and revealed that she was the one who gave the order for the prior (failed) Myrren mission. She claimed that her visions revealed there was something beneath Myrren, and that combined with the Concord's interest in the site, it was enough to merit an expedition.

She seemed unaware of and angry about the memory editing Brother Solmere had authorized. Of the figures present, she seemed most interested in discovering the true nature of the Dreamer, though she admitted that the Mandate's ultimate course of action wasn't her decision alone.

During a brief private conversation with Rynerm, she remarked on their similarities. Also an Aasimar, she noted that they each “bear the same light, though its refraction differs.” Rynerm, unaware of his celestial heritage, misinterpreted the remark as referring to shared faith.
