Prim and Tsuki sought information here in S04 - Old Wounds, New Dreams. Archivist Calven wasn't especially helpful, but seems to have alerted Evan Orlin, who was much more forthcoming.
Just off the upper academic quarter in Highwater, the Veilwatch Concord field office blends bureaucratic formality with arcane restraint. The space is austere and overlit: polished stone counters, rune-scribed shelving, and the faint scent of ink and vellum. Scroll tubes and cataloged memory crystals sit behind protective sigils, while a modest Concord seal glows faintly above the entrance. It's unnoticed by most, but unmistakable to the trained eye.
To a Talereth scholar, it is a liaison for esoteric academia: submitting research requests, translating old glyphs, or accessing rare treatises on stellar folklore and magical fauna. It quietly supports university projects and field studies across the highlands and coasts.
To those versed in Wildspace, it is also a controlled access point to the Concord’s system-spanning research network. Far from a major archive, it offers vetted information and basic services for investigators in the field.
