The city where Serpentfolk live. Initial forays into the city were mostly not peaceful, but a recent expedition has made peaceful contact with one of the city elders, and performed a service on her behalf.
The city itself is underground; a huge collection of interconnected caverns and tunnels that entend deep beneath the mountain rock. The whole settlement seems to be stratified, with inhabitants housed at different levels depending on their status. Only a few sliver of the city have been explored: mostly unused tunnels and long-forgotten chambers.
A few adventurers found a wide cavern filled with towering bioluminescent mushrooms that was used by the serpentfolk as a farm, to breed colossal slugs. And the remains of ancient dwarven architecture.
"An incredible wide cavern, radiating a pale blue and purple haze from the hundreds and hundreds of 50 ft tall mushrooms scattered around (...)."
"You see groups of serpentfolk coming from the wide tunnel to the west, carrying baskets and ceramic jars over their shoulders (...). They seem to bring something from the pool of water that lies in the center of the chamber. Around the shore there are patches standard-sized fungi and big, gelatinous, white orbs."
