Hailing from tribal lands, Wulfrun grew up living a hard, but simple and happy life. Her tribe lived in the mountains, in a region that hadn't quite been caught up with the rest of the civilised world. The tribes residing within the region, however, were happy this way.

Though that is not to say all was peaceful. Skirmishes were a regular occurrence in these lands, although they had long since grown past blood feuds and evolved into honour-bound battles that seldom risked casualties, the losers acquiescing to the demands of the victors. Among her tribe, Wulfrun Skaadi was daughter of the chieftain and their pride and joy: she was strong, beautiful, and brave. However, she was hot-headed and brutish, traits that would bite her in time.

As time passed, empires began wanting to expand into their lands, as they are wont to do. Wulfrun would have none of this, however, and sought to fight against these foreign invaders. They, however, were an alien enemy to her. Their formations were impenetrable, their equipment superiors, and their techniques well-honed through discipline. She lost, and her tribes suffered for it, the mountains they cherished occupied by an invading force who claims to bring "peace and order" to their uncivilised lands.

Forced to flee from her home, Wulfrun would take out her frustrations on monsters and other threats to the locals, with little care for anything other than violence. As time wore on, however, Wulfrun saw that this sad cycle had no end. Her people needed her to be something more than a violent brute, and so she set out to be that. She mellowed out and sought to experience new things, be it acquiring knowledge, exploring ruins, or even garnering sympathy for her cause.

The New World is a prime opportunity to grow as a person, to become stronger, wiser, more powerful. Somewhere in her heart, however, she too desires adventure.

She always was a thrill-seeker.
