Geld was hatched to a simple tribe of kobols who had no knowledge of magic, so when he was born with the magics of their ancestors they mistook him for a being of evil, he was almost killed but his parrents were able to send him away secretly, exiled from his clan he scoured the old world, looking for knowledge of his magic, learning many new languages along the way and finding part time jobs translating. He now comes to the New World, looking for ever more knowledge, hopefully to educate those like him so that his childhood doesn't have to happen to anyone again.
