Info to add in the fields above (DELETE THIS TABLE AFTER YOU DO):

Quest type - You can put anything in the "Type" field. It doesn't get used much.

Parent Quest - Write and select one of the following: Exploration, Diplomacy, Bounty or Character Quests. If the quest is a direct follow-up to a previous quest, make that quest the parent quest.

Character - The character who is the author of the report, or who chose the goal (if any).

Date - The date you finish the report.

Completed - Check the "Completed" box once the quest is finished.

Tags (scroll down to the end of the page) - The GM should add a "LEVEL" tag, a "GM" tag, and any "PLOT" tag if it feels appropiate.

Loose threads [small descriptions of unfinished business or hooks you left behind. Anything you feel interesting for other players to follow up.]

Participants [the player characters involved in this quest]

Locations [the main location(s) where the quest took place]

Short summary:

[Optional. If you feel the full report below is very detailed, you can help readers with a quick tl:dr here]

Full Report

[A retelling of the main events that happened on the quest. You can write this in-character or out-of-character. You can choose to omit information. Try to @mention the names of party members, important NPCs, or locations. Type "@" and the name of entity and select it from the pop-up menu, like this: Jirel FlyrGreyspine MountainsFather Lightning. This helps connecting wiki pages. You can also note monsters and hazards you encounter, so other characters know what to expect if they pass by the same locations.]
