Short summary:
Naomi invited Ruun to a mapping quest that was theoretically in case of a path to Srasthadra but mostly to have a more low-key journey after their past troubles. They and their allies checked tunnels, ran into a mistwalker, beat crabs, and ultimately succeeded at a good bit of mapping and learning of alternate underground paths below the island through a shadowy survey map the Sun-seller provided. Then they ran into actual serpentfolk and that was a downer but hey, they had a picnic at a beautiful underground lake on the way.
