A Halfling priestess of the Dark Deity, Carrie was encountered during the events of Goats & Relics of the GOATS, where the party assisted her and her people in fending off the crusaders of the Radiance. While many would see a worshipper of fiends to be a wholly malicious force, Carrie was quite grateful to the party for their assistance, and even attempted to reward them for their help. Having lived thousands of years ago, she was long since dead by the events of the quest, the version of her that the party met merely being a creation of the dungeon.
