An unassuming and concise figure, First Captain Divo Forino was first encountered during the events of Clockwork Gargoyles 3: Revengeance, where he gave the party a debriefing on the situation with the Graceffa Family and then sent them on their way. As First Captain, he is the closest confidante to the Major and in charge whenever she gets busy with a project.
