Hello! Uzuto here! I am writing a report about my attempt to get a printing press to spread martial arts to those who need it. I met up with Ari, Reiko, Geld, and one of the winners of the tournament, Saorie Tylmae. After introductions and a small planning phase, we were soon beset by a man by the name of Dr. Strangebrew, who was very funny and helpful! He told us about his correspondence with a woman in the Republic who went by the name Pantera Hammer. Sadly, he could not come with us, and we quickly set off to Roanokae Camp to gather information. While everyone else was doing that, I played with the children and my student, Rip, who is getting pretty big these days! While I was talking to their caretakers, I heard a rumor that the Flame Bearers had technology that allowed them to print many battle stratagems, but later experiences have led me to believe this might not have been true. With nothing else left to do, we went to Black Beach, where we snuck in after eating snacks. I took the name Taiga Chopsticks to fit in with the fashion of the collaboration between Pantera and Dr. Strangebrew (who went by Weird Elixir), while Saorie Tylmae went by Jaguara Picks. The others did not take names, so I came up with some that I think are pretty good: Ari (Cougarette Needle Felinia Bolt Servalia Screwdriver), Geld (Lionel Tongs Pumaria Saw), Reiko (Tigrette Spanner Bobkitty File).
After that, I was feeling hungry, so we went and got food at a local tavern called Food, where the food was indeed very delicious! I tried their eating challenge, but right as I was about to achieve victory, the spice overcame me, and I failed. We were approached by a woman soon after who seemed quite disappointed with my performance, but Jaguara was able to gain her favor by figuring out that she was in fact Pantera Hammer! I was very surprised by this, and soon after Pantera offered to help me get a printing press so long as I waited in the tavern for twenty minutes, which seemed very easy. As she left, she told the Flame Bearers that a woman stole a scroll from them, which I later figured out was Jaguara. A large group of them attacked us, so we beat them up. A few of them were left unconscious and some more were dead, so I put them into the back so they could pay for the damages later. When we saw how an even larger group of them was gathering outside to do something, I made sure to move all the furniture to a back room so that it would not be at risk of getting destroyed in the upcoming fight, while Jaguara busied herself with wetting the entire establishment just in case they tried to use fire again.
Right as we were doing that and Ari was investigating to see what they were doing, a bunch of devils showed up and started attacking. They were a bit tougher, so it took a bit more effort to beat them up. After that was done, they had some sort of machine that they were going to use to destroy the tavern, but after we shot it a bunch it stopped just in time for Pantera's timer to go off. A bunch of smoke went up and then a dog that had a piece of metal with a message and a kiss on it showed up. I followed after the dog and made sure to give it a kiss on the way, just in case I was supposed to, and it led us to Pantera who was messing around with scrap, which was apparently the printing press I wanted. After giving her some money for it, I was able to take it back! Now I just need to get it up to my room, as I am currently writing this in the square. I will just try dragging it, I am sure Elvira will not mind! Until next time!
