Short summary:

Fought Ice Golems, found dragon scales in them. Then found a dragon. It told us to help the nearby locals, which turned out to be yetis. We went to rescue a search party of theirs and found a Bugbear champion, and ended up killing him. We recalled after that. The goblins seem to be trying to free their God from jars or seals in the ice. They are opposed by Frigiderax the ancient dragon.

Full Report

Damn things, hate scratching letters in paper. Come talk to Valdri like the gods intended if ya you want the full story.

Anyways, my friend Skull got us all together to go back north. It was a hairy ordeal last time, with plenty of goblins and bugbears and the like. They were looking for something, and had a massive drill and a big boat and seemed to come from somewhere else. Clearly they were on a quest. Well it seems like we finally figured out what they were lookin' for.

First off, we went exploring, like you do, heading back to the site of their drilling last time. We stumbled on two ice golems and were able to put em down with some teamwork. Besh and Glammus took a pounding like you'd never believe. Kept us all a damn sight safer than I'd be able to! Turns out these golems had rune-carved dragon scales in them. Skull thought they were probably 800 to 1000 years old.

As we continued on we found what looked like a drill site with scores'a bodies scattered around. Goblins and the like. There were some strange broken jars that someone mentioned were called 'canoptik' jars? Canopic? Don't matter. Well, in a moment we learned what they were and why.

Frigiderax, ancient ice dragon, and I'll admit, scary sumbitch, landed and looked like he was hungry. But Skull worked their magic and got more info outta the dragon than maybe we had a right. These goblins have been after all sorts of things up in the Dragon's domain. And they've been hassling the dragons people (some nice yeti's we'll get to later). Well, they're trying to unleash or free something it called "the one who weaves creatures into monsters". Seems like they've tried and failed before, but now they've got something or other that allows them to succeed in freeing it? Them? Whatever.
So the dragon basically said go kill bugbears and find whatever has been cracking these kanoptik jars, and help the Yeti around.

So we did that. Went to visit the Yeti leader Sirmiq in The Bleakbarrow, turns out they had a scouting party that went missing. We tried to help find them and ran across a real big bugger named Tharnilk. Bugbear. Had some giant boars with him too. Well, we had a close call with him, till Skull went and pulled some of that magic and sent em all scurrying for the hills. That turned the tide, then we mopped em up. I swear, you ain't seen dancing till you've watched Raziyah swing a sword and Regina swing them fists. Kiran Umar Sharmatoo. She was dropping fire from heaven on their sorry asses.
