A tribe of Kobolds living east of the Watchers' Island, on the isles of the Ebissian Sea. So far, nothing is known about them, aside from the fact that they exist, that their name is Voyagers, and that Vodda of Cynosure used to be an important member of them. His appearance is rather unusual for a Kobold, and it is unknown whether that happens to be his personal quirk, or whether his entire tribe looks like that.
Once, a group of blue-scaled Kobolds was spotted off-shore, sailing close to the First Landing Port. It was assumed that those were the Kobolds of the Watchers' Tribe, but it is now more likely that they were the Voyagers.
