Character Page: Monday

Domains: Change, The Moon, Rebellion against stagnancy

Embodying the concept of change, Monday is often worshipped by werecreatures and other shape shifters. The relief in Zar-Mothet depicts her as a series of forms scratched out and drawn over seven times in a row. A Saqqaran medallion looted from a Serpentfolk's corpse depicted a barely anthropomorphic figure in the middle of a triangle with an eye on each vertex. This figure is believed to be another representation of Monday.

Of all the deities, she's perhaps the closest to freedom. She spreads her influence by inducing spontaneous transformation in living beings, a phenomenon that has been reported happening more frequently now. Ever since her Champion, Hecret, alongside other Guild members, broke her seal on the Moon, opening a crack on the surface of the celestial body, major consequences have been felt across the New World. Most notably, the Moon's phases have become chaotic with full moons happening more often than natural.

A faction of Serpentfolk seemed to worship her, though it is unknown what became of them after their recent war against the Kobolds and the Guild. Executor Ingo Astrodius of the Republic of Jagriarius is a known worshipper.

Seals

The most important of Monday's seals was perhaps the one on the moon, broken during the events of Divine Intervention.

A seal of hers was broken during The Coward's Journey on Dread Citadel, undoing a ritual that kept the island in stasis to keep Monday in check.

Another seal of hers was broken by Executor Ingo Astrodius during Blood Ties at the bottom of the inland sea in the The Iron Front.
