La Entità (Italian for 'The Entity') is the secret service of the Holy See. In the 21st century, they have capitalised on the international phenomenon of the Second Inquisition to resume their role as the central overseeing body of the Inquisition. It incorporates the re-canonised Society of St. Leopold, the organisation most recognisable to Kindred as a continuation of the original Inquisition.
