2008 CE (San Francisco)

Carna of Milwaukee, fleeing the Tremere, ends up in San Francisco where some of her followers set up a chantry for House Carna. She continues on her journey, but keeps in close contact with these followers. The Nosferatu of Palo Alto discover that their SchreckNET servers are infiltrated by the NSA. Stephen Workman orders them to destroy the servers proactively, greatly diminishing the effectiveness of the network but protecting the Masquerade. They follow his orders and do so, but make backups of some of the data. This data is now known as “The 08 Archive” and is greatly sought after for its secrets.
