In the rich soils of valleys and grasslands, life is simple and relatively quiet. Aside from the occasional band of outlaws, soldiers or wild animal, the rural life of Oceanyka is humble and tranquil. Agriculture is the base of most societies and locals are no exception. However, the richness of local soils and crops makes farmland an attractive target to plunder. For those in forested, jungle or mountainous regions, danger is more common, but the vast expanse of nature shields most of its inhabitants from many of Oceanyka's horrors.
